BLVD stands for Bulavard — a play on "Boulevard" and "Bula," the Fijian greeting that means warmth, welcome, and good health. We built this place to give Fayetteville something it didn't have: a sophisticated, alcohol-free space where you can actually hear yourself think — and the people you came with.
BLVD is operated in partnership with one of Florida's most established kava bar groups, bringing years of expertise in sourcing premium kava and crafting an unforgettable guest experience. The knowledge runs deep. The vibes run deeper.
